Here on Azal Beauty we know that careers choices can sometimes be difficult. Choosing what job you want to do and why, can be the reason that you are having trouble picking a major. It can even be a reason why you are not enthused about your current job or career path. Well we’ve found a solution for you. Our motto is women supporting women, and that is exactly why we want to shine light on Chelsea Jay, she provides career coaching and resume writing help. She encourages and advises women who are looking to make a career change find new opportunities. Chelsea not only has 10 years of resume writing experience but she knows the importance of self advocacy when job searching. She is a Certified Resume Writer (CPRW), Certified Career Coach (CPCC), and Nationally Certified Online Profile Expert (NCOPE).

With her skills she can provide you with the help you need that is both personal and rewarding. You will walk away with feeling prepared for your next interview along with the confidence you need to succeed. She advocates for you and her primary purpose is to see you reach your goals and feel as if you are in control of your career. Starting off on a good foot as far as knowledge of resume writing and guidance is always important and she knows that due to her personal experiences. She became an Executive Director at age 26 and continues to do great things, sharing her passion and the knowledge she learned with other women. 

She is also an active member of the Michigan Association of Female Entrepreneurs an organization that promotes the success of women in business.
