Spread the love

Living a joyful life all depends on your attitude. Keeping a positive attitude can change your entire outlook on life. A positive mindset is vital to maintaining joy. Another aspect to joy is the energy around you, surrounding yourself with positive people is beneficial to not only your health but your mindset. You do not want other individuals to have an impact on your mood. Also strive to read and listen to inspiring stories, inspirational stories uplift you in times where you lack joy.

Another way to find joy is through travel. Changing your routine can take your mind off of stressors and redirect your mood in a healthy way. Being able to meet and communicate with different people and see new faces is needed at times. Art is another way you can live a more joyful life. Whether it is poetry or paining, art is medicinal. When you are creative you allow your brain down time, you focus all of your attention on something you enjoy.

I love this post! I too agree that creativity is one of the best remedies to find true happiness. Can’t wait to share this with some of my friends!

  2. We definitely find our joy through travel. We love going to Cabo San Lucas, our favorite destination as a family, but we are headed to Spain in September.

When something is sad or depressing comes my way, I would count my blessings. :0) This helps me a lot.

When there are times that I feel sad or anxious, I step outside and give attention to my flowering plants. I touch their leaves, their blossoms, and feel the ground to check if they need more water. Gardening is very relaxing for me and it gives me joy to see a new bud sprouting.

  5. This is so true! Thanks for the reminder as I need this so much right now.
