Turmeric is a spice that belongs to the ginger family. It is loaded with many health benefits, such as potassium, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K, calcium, iron, copper, magnesium, zinc, and more. Tumeric is an anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal spice. It should be incorporated into your daily diet.
Turmeric Ginger Honey Tea:
3/4 tsp turmeric
1 cup of water
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp honey
Grate the turmeric and ginger. Combine turmeric and ginger into water and bring to a boil. Turn off heat and add cayenne pepper, lemon, and honey. Enjoy!
