Blueberries are one of the most nutritious berries. It is high in antioxidants. Antioxidants protect your body from free radicals which damages cells in your body. It also contributes to skin damage and the aging process. Blueberries are packed with vitamins such as, Vitamin K1, Vitamin C, manganese, and small amounts of copper B6, and Vitamin E.


Blueberry Smoothie Recipe:

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbs ginger
  • 1/2 cinnamon
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 10 dates
  • 1/2 frozen banana
